Meet Shannon Sullivan! Recently named one of 914INC.’s Wunderkinds, Shannon is making waves as the Director of Camp & Teen Services at the YMCA of CNW. In her role, she oversees the organization’s Summer Camp, Teen Leaders, and Youth & Government programs, inspiring and empowering young people every day.
Shannon is a true inspiration to her peers, embodying the YMCA’s values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring in all that she does. She leads by example, fostering a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and collaboration that helps young people develop their full potential.
Under Shannon’s leadership, these programs have made the YMCA of CNW a hub of activity for young people in the region. She has helped to expand and enhance the organization’s programs, providing more opportunities for children and teenagers to learn, grow, and thrive.
