Yesterday our President/CEO Cynthia Delfino and Executive Director Bonnie Fogarty were in Albany supporting the call for Universal Pre-Kindergarten programs across the state. We know that in UPK, children build a strong foundation in social, emotional, and pre-academic life skills that will give them an advantage in school and beyond.
