We are proud to celebrate a remarkable member of our YMCA community. Congratulations to our Director of Camp and Teen Services, Shannon Casey, on being named one of the Business Council of Westchester’s 2026 Rising Stars – 40 Under 40.

Through her leadership, she has helped shape programs that support youth development, foster belonging, and create opportunities for children and teens to grow with confidence and purpose.
In addition to overseeing YMCA Camp Combe, Shannon plays a vital role in leading our Teen Leaders and Youth and Government programs. Through these initiatives, she empowers young people to discover their voice, build leadership skills, and engage thoughtfully with the world around them. Whether guiding teens as they step into leadership roles or supporting students as they explore civic engagement, Shannon is dedicated to helping each participant reach their full potential.
