“My experience at Leadership Westchester has been nothing short of amazing. Being given this opportunity has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.” – Margarita Pineiro.

Under Margarita’s leadership, our Early Childcare programs have flourished. In the fall, we will expand from two to four Early Learning Centers, offering over 20 UPK classes. Margarita’s dedication to providing high-quality early childhood education has positively impacted the lives of many children in our community.

When asked to describe herself in one word, Margarita said, “Advocate! I am an advocate for children and heart health.”

Beyond her professional achievements, Margarita’s personal story is truly remarkable. She has emerged stronger than ever despite facing a SCAD heart attack two years ago. She is now one of the American Heart Association spokespersons for 2023, advocating passionately for heart health and empowering women to prioritize their well-being.
