Ashley Tagley - Human Resources Administrator

The YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester proudly welcomes Ashley Tagley as our new Human Resources Administrator.

Ashley brings a broad background in human resources and recruiting, with experience across construction, catering, higher education, corporate retail, and healthcare. Through these varied roles, she has supported teams with different structures, cultures, and operational needs. This diverse experience allows her to understand how people thrive in fast-paced, service-driven, and mission-focused environments, and how strong HR practices can support both employees and organizational success.

Most recently, Ashley spent five years supporting recruiting and HR operations for a nationwide anesthesia company. During that time, she helped strengthen teams and supported employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Additionally, she has remained actively involved with the Business Council of Westchester and the Westchester County Association, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and community connection.

At the YMCA, Ashley oversees Human Resources operations and recruitment. She works closely with staff across all departments. Through this work, she supports a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture. She also focuses on employee development and clear communication.

As a result, Ashley helps build a strong and caring workforce. This support allows the YMCA to better serve children, families, and communities across Central and Northern Westchester with integrity and purpose.
