The YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester is pleased to welcome Patty Ferris and Ingrid M. Richards to its Board of Governors, adding two respected leaders with deep professional experience and a shared commitment to community service.

Patty Ferris is the Brand Sales Manager for AVE by Korman Communities in White Plains, where she leads strategic growth and corporate partnerships for a premier furnished apartment brand. With more than 35 years of experience in hospitality, sales, and operations, Patty is known for building strong relationships rooted in integrity and trust. A 21-year breast cancer survivor, she is also a passionate advocate for health awareness and resilience, and an active member of the Global Business Travel Association’s Connecticut/Westchester Chapter.

Ingrid M. Richards brings more than a decade of public service and volunteer leadership throughout Westchester County. She currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Mayor of White Plains – Coordinator of Economic Development & Public Information and has held leadership roles with organizations including United Way of Westchester and Putnam, the Westchester County Women’s Advisory Board, and multiple municipal and educational committees in Ossining. Ingrid has been recognized for her impact with honors such as New York State Senate Woman of Distinction and the Business Council of Westchester’s Forty Under Forty Award.
