We are proud to celebrate a major milestone for one of our most valued team members—Phil Santiago, Facilities Director at YMCA Camp Combe, who is marking 10 years of dedicated service to our Y community!

For the past decade, Phil has been the quiet force behind the scenes, ensuring that every cabin is sturdy, every trail is clear, and every activity space is safe, functional, and ready for adventure. His hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of the campgrounds, and tireless work ethic have helped create the magical and memorable environment that generations of campers have come to love.

From early morning maintenance checks to late-night cleanups, Phil’s commitment to camp operations never wavers. He approaches every challenge—big or small—with a calm demeanor, expert skill, and an unwavering dedication to the YMCA mission. His work makes it possible for hundreds of children each summer to explore, learn, and grow in a setting that is not only beautiful but also safe and well-cared for.

Beyond his technical expertise, Phil is a trusted colleague, a problem-solver, and a cherished part of the YMCA Camp Combe family. His pride in the camp is evident in every improvement he makes and every structure he helps maintain. He’s not just maintaining a space—he’s building a legacy.

On behalf of everyone at the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester, we offer our heartfelt thanks to Phil for his 10 years of outstanding service. We are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team, and we look forward to many more years of shared success.

Congratulations, Phil—and thank you for helping make Camp Combe the special place it is!
