We’re thrilled to announce that Alex Lord, our Senior Program Director, has been selected as one of the National AfterSchool Association‘s (NAA) 2024 Next Generation of Afterschool Leaders. The NAA, recognizing emerging leaders in the afterschool profession, sought individuals who actively contribute beyond individual programs to influence entire organizations and communities. Alex’s passion for personal and professional development, coupled with her persistent efforts to elevate the afterschool field, makes this recognition well-deserved.
In addition to overseeing some of our before and after-school sites, Alex has played a crucial role in creating and implementing programming for YMCA Camp Combe.
