At this past weekend’s District 4 Conference, YMCA Youth & Government teens from across Westchester and Rockland County got together to practice their bill presentations and debates prior to the State Conference in March. Teens running for elected positions also got to practice their speeches and gain feedback from their peers. Our White Plains Y has two teens running for an elected position this spring!
