We have some very exciting news to share about our Youth & Government (YAG) President! Celia has been asked to once again attend YMCA’s CONA (Conference on National Affairs) for her second and final time as a delegate. Celia has been involved in the Youth and Government program for 4 years, spending those 4 years in the legislative branch with increasing leadership levels. She has served as Vice President and President of the White Plains chapter, a district and state conference committee chair, and a State Presiding Officer. She will be attending Binghamton University and majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Law.
