Please join us in celebrating a special milestone for our YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester community — Anna Lofaro Pawlowski’s 5-year work anniversary.
For five years, Anna has been a steady and caring presence in our early learning programs. Each day, she helps create a welcoming space where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. Because of her dedication, our youngest members are able to explore, build confidence, and develop important foundational skills.
At the Y, we believe early learning environments should foster belonging. In addition, they should support the whole child — socially, emotionally, and academically. Anna brings that belief to life every single day. She builds meaningful relationships with children and families alike. As a result, families feel confident knowing their children are supported in a nurturing environment.
Moreover, Anna reflects our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. She shows sincere concern for each child’s well-being. She communicates openly and thoughtfully with families. She treats everyone with dignity. And she takes responsibility for helping our programs remain a trusted community resource.
Over the years, Anna has contributed to more than daily routines and lesson plans. Instead, she has helped shape experiences that strengthen families and build community. Through her consistency and compassion, she helps children develop skills that will serve them long after they leave our classrooms.
Milestones like this matter. They represent commitment, impact, and relationships built over time. Therefore, we are proud to celebrate Anna and the difference she continues to make.
Anna, thank you for five years of dedication and heart. We are grateful for the joy, professionalism, and care you bring to our Y family. We look forward to the continued impact we will make together — for a better us.
