Camp has been fantastic

The weeks my son has been in camp have been the happiest I have seen him in months and months. Covid has been hard on all of us and we can’t forget that our kids have suffered greatly. No school and friends. Camp has been fantastic. Thank you to you and all the Camp Combe staff for working so hard to make camp fun and safe!!!!!

Camp Combe is awesome !!

Camp Combe is awesome !! My son T loves camp this year! He feels safe and so do I. What could have been the worst summer ever has truly been great! As a single parent with a full time on site job as a nurse I really needed Camp Combe. I was initially afraid prior year great experiences would be shattered this year being so different. Not at all!! Thank You to all your staff.

She is always happily engaged..

Good evening. I wanted to share with you what a great job Jordan and Steve are doing. Whenever I pick up I from the Y on a half day she is always happily engaged with a counselor, playing and having a great time. In fact, all the kids seem to be happy and having fun. The environment is positive, well organized and appropriately managed. I am thrilled that these two men are part of the SIS Y team and I appreciate all that they do. Thank you.

You are all doing an exceptional job!

I don’t know what you guys do there after school with these kids but you are all doing an exceptional job! I’ve never seen R so eager going anywhere and not only that but interacting with others. He’s always had issues with that at times due to the borderline autism diagnosis. Yet his favorite days of the week are the three he spends with you guys and I just wanted to let you know that! 😊

My son LOVES camp.

My son LOVES camp. I picked him up early the last time we had a tropical storm and he cried because he didn’t want to go and miss out on the afternoon fun! He always tells me what a great day he’s had and can’t wait for the Thursday theme days. Thank you for offering this respite for the kids to just go and be kids during the pandemic. I’m so thankful to have been able to grant them some sense of normalcy before we hunker down for wave 2.

My kids are very happy there.

Just wanted to let you know my kids love going to Camp Combe. This is their 1st summer there. We recently moved to the area and my neighbor highly recommended the camp. You are doing an amazing job adhering to the CDC guidelines. My kids are very happy there. They love the counselors and have made amazing friends. My kids say the counselors are very involved in helping the kids have a great time. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff is so accommodating. Thank you.

Wish they could go all summer!

All three of my kids are having the best time ever!! They all absolutely LOVE the camp and the counselors!! They keep saying they wish they could go all summer! You have a well-oiled machine going there and the kids are already looking forward to next year!
